Excited to have work in the new issue of Anglers Journal. Two features. One on portraits of fly fishing guides from New Zealand, Argentina, and Chile to Honduras, Cuba, the Bahamas and others. The other is on a handliner in Baja, Mexico I came across last December while camping on a remote beach for a week.
The FlyFish Journal
Excited to have written a feature in the new issue of The FlyFish Journal on the mouse year phenomenon in New Zealand. Last year was a special year given the fact it was a mega mast and the size of some of the trout—most notably on the South Island—was jaw dropping. What’s a mega mast? Read it to find out!

The Drake Magazine Fall 2020
Excited to have a story—words and photography—on Christian Reid in the new issue of The Drake magazine. Christian has fished more consecutive days and nights—especially nights—than anyone I know. Only 5 or so years ago he fished every day for two consecutive years. He mouse fishes through the night most nights over the course of an entire season on Silver Creek with the exception of the brown trout spawn the late fall. He’s got a unique story and a willingness to put his time in on the water that very few have.
Here’s an image of the opening spread. To read and see the entire story grab a copy.
Silver Creek, Idaho Diptych
Here are two images that were taken from the same spot just seconds apart on Silver Creek this fall before the snow fell. The two of these are now available as a diptych. They can be purchased as two standalone framed prints for a long narrow wall. Someone could also purchase just one of these…
Available as gicleé prints or on metal.
Email nickpricephotography@gmail.com to inquire.
