I have been getting a ton of great info out of Chris Orwig's Photoshop tutorial on Lynda.com.  One aspect I really like is the fact Chris loves to use great quotes.  Here's one from Edgar Allan Poe--

     "They who dream by day are cognizant of many things which escape those who dream by night."
