Another beautiful day and evening on Silver Creek without brown drakes... OK, a few came off late morning and were taken by greedy swallows and red-winged blackbirds and trout too. But nothing really has happened yet. The temps tonight were cool but not windy like the night of the 15th when it blew through much of the night. Around 7:30 or so there has been a heavy twenty minute baetis but the fish really have not keyed into them. Something bigger is on the way...
